Up and down Primrose Hill, along Regents Canal for a bit, then Regents Park followed by up and down the hill again. Bit different from the normal. Avoiding the selfies. Lovely day. Good tempo.

Note

Another fun evening in Stratford.

Orienteering 34:00 [3] 5.3 km (6:25 / km)
shoes: Mudclaw 300 b/r

Wombled around the local loop in the drizzle feeling very unspritely.
How anyone could want to do a Sunday hill race or Monday interval session after the 6 Day I've no idea ;-). Bottom of my list..but then again maybe that's the secret.

Note

Another day off.
Wander in Glen Tanar with T and C. Field looks a mite different to last Sunday. Its got some funny stripes on it...and some sheep.

Note

Even more kit shifting and drying with AT, J&EM and T&C.
Stuffed. Completely.

Note

Glad its over but its been worth it. Great to have so many folk really enjoying Deeside and it Orienteering again. Very satisfied..albeit my own O was very hit and miss.

Every day a very long and physical day helping out the Equipment Team as well as doing the DC bit so typically 7.30 until 5 or 6 or 7 . Maybe need to reassess their resourcing too I think. However so many folk contributed in some way, as they always do for the 6D. Lots of lessons learned for next time too...need to document those in the next week.
