Weary from the last few days. Travel half way round the world then three hard days of training - so decided to skip the forest sprint at GoD. Don't want to be under the weather for next week.

15 X 1/1 hills up to Bawdy Meg summit.
Hills don't half get tough when you get old. Didn't feel to have anything in the legs tonight...or in the lungs for that matter.

Carnferg from back of Birse road. Couldn't keep pace with the man up the hill.
Over the top then back via the Fungle and The Guard. Plenty snow on Lochnagar. Quick for me.

Got to sort these Garmin problems - it thought it was 14.7.
