Can't run fast enough. Stuck in windblow a couple of times..should have gone round. :-)
Slightly weary from yesterday but not too bad.

Guiding for RTH.
Balmoral 15 pretty much although starting and finishing at Easter Balmoral, and missing out the sting in the tail for lack of time at the end.
JH, ultrarunner from Rutland. Good pace throughout, although she needed to walk a couple of the hills at the back of Ripe Hill. Good company with tales of various Ultra races (Atacama and Gobi Desert Marathons, Trans-Rockies etc) (and F1) in different parts of the world.
Turned into a lovely day with a fair bit of sun and not even that much snow or particularly cold out on the moor. Plenty deer out.
Pleased with how it went..No stomach issues.

Slightly nagging stomach niggle. Testing it out round a couple of Craigmore, Torqu loops. Good chat with LC out on her mountain bike.
seemed ok but still wary. Nice to be out.
