Rough and tough.
Calf was good, I wasn't. Going carefully again. Caught K about 2 mins at 3 and then promptly missed 4 (too low), 1 mins; caught her again between 5 and 6 and missed 6..a good 2 mins gone. Then ok to 10, except then thought I was at 11 and headed off towards the finish, binning 4 mins in the process as I missed 11 when I finally realised that was a requirement too....lost the family battle. Oh dear. Can begin to start running properly again - that's the plus.

Will keep going mainly on the treadmill to build calf strength this week. It's surprising how tolerable it is when you can see progress with an injury. Might just make an exception to jog round DNC again on Wednesday...but it is Raemoir mind.

Going in the right direction calf wise.
Glen O'Dee with head torch.
Much better pace - apart from when avoiding the multitude of fallen trees. Never seen so many in this place.
