Not up to the MAROC run.
From Braeloine back along the Tanar and then looped back on the main track. With T. Still feeling the calf afterwards. So wanting to push it harder. Wouldn't be wise though.

Orienteering race (DNC3 Sluie - Short) 48:23 [2] 3.9 km (12:24 / km) +140m 10:31 / km
shoes: ORoc 340

Took it slowly but steady particularly anything of any gradient - and walked plenty of that. Reasonably clean with only 8 and 9 (both too far right) anything worth calling a miss. Slightly confused by an excess of unmapped tracks in various places. Felt the calf at times but pretty much unscathed..mission accomplished.

21st birthday, near enough,..wish it was mine... run in Tentsmuir with T & K. On the beach and in the forest. Calf fine but I kept it slow. Place nice as ever.

In Tentsmuir alongside T&K running, then K on her own somewhat quicker.
