Home, Scolty CP, through Blackhall to Shooting Greens, down the Deeside Way, Mill of Cattie road to Ballogie, over by Marywell, Potarch, up through Sluie, Craiglash, Glassel, Glen O'Dee and home. Bright but pretty chilly. Mudbath on the track up through Sluie...forest monsters at work.

Needed out. Niggles finally seem to be getting under control. Fingers seriously crossed. Calf ok, achilles ok even in flats, hamstring not really noticeable. Toothache still there but I'm not quite in pieces yet.

Really nice run in Glen O'Dee late on.
