Road Running 40:28 [3]
shoes: Saucony Progrid(Blue)

Got my legs back.
Some days are made for running. Some days I feel I'm made for running (well thats an exaggeration). Today was one of them. Great day in Aberdeen and felt so much better than I have done for a long time. 30 minutes of a really good tempo with minimal effort. Woodbank, Hazlehead road loop.

Orienteering 1:03:00 [3]
shoes: Jalas Black

Dess Night-o, training for DNC commencement next week.

Nice night. Running ok in bits but struggling in anything rough. Messed about in the rough stuff at 3, was navigating to 10 from 8 and then couldn't figure out all the stone at 13. Whatever, it was good, and so was the soup, it's just me that wasn't.

Road Running 42:15 [3]

5 x Corsee Hill steady plus Lawson Avenue for good measure.

Got to get back into some semblance of routine otherwise I'll start going to seed. Not good.

Running in flat road flats a lot over the last six months has certainly changed the running style a bit, now landing on the fore-foot far more than previously. Feels far more efficient.
