Proud of this. Real mental test but made it.
Got day pass for massive gym...at least 50 treadmills and all the other stuff in similar proportions.
20 mins warmup and then steady at a decent pace for about 80 mins before wd.
Fairly busy so lots going on..and big screens all round the walls ..kind of helped pass the time a little. Glad we don't get this weather at home. Once is enough (too much) for a session like this.

20 x 20m very leisurely. Hoping to improve the shoulder.

Lochton of Leys, west end of Crathes, back along the river to King George V park via Platties, then through golf club and back home via Corsee Hill.
Intended a long one but didn't feel up to it.
