Proud of this. Real mental test but made it.
Got day pass for massive gym...at least 50 treadmills and all the other stuff in similar proportions.
20 mins warmup and then steady at a decent pace for about 80 mins before wd.

Fairly busy so lots going on..and big screens all round the walls ..kind of helped pass the time a little. Glad we don't get this weather at home. Once is enough (too much) for a session like this.

Swim 10:00 [3] 0.4 km (25:00 / km)

20 x 20m very leisurely. Hoping to improve the shoulder.

Note

They should win at least 200 medals with pools and gyms like these.

Intended a long one but didn't feel up to it.
