Trail / Road Run 38:00 [3]
shoes: Cumulus II

From Inverbervie sea front along through Gourdon harbour and then on path in direction of Johnshaven. Turned around after 21 minutes and retraced steps pretty much. Nice day to be running by the sea - light breeze and nice sun.

Just cannot run fast enough! Well that's part of it, but maybe not a huge part. Need to look closely at the splits.

1 min at 3, don't know how I lost significant time at 4, 1min on long leg to 5 largely on running, another miss/hesitation at 7 coupled with a poor route. 30s at 14, another 30+ at 18 and then also 1 min at 22 when getting tired. Maybe I could find 7 mins, but then again so can others I imagine.
