From home straight out past Bogendreip and through Glen Dye up to the Cairn O'Mount viewpoint. Thought about heading to Stoney and back over Slug but had already put a fair bit of effort in so back exactly the same way. Nice day.

Didn't expect to race this because of heavy work lunch. In light of that sitting in my stomach 30s off a pb wasn't too bad. Felt pretty grim though. NIce to have the good Italian turnout as well as the local crew. Felt maybe challenging 17.20 pb possible but for the lobster.
