Trail / Road Run 39:00 [3]
shoes: Cumulus II

From Inchmarlo water works with K. Along north side of the Dee as far as Woodend House and then back through Trustach. Kept getting the impression I was about to be tailed off.

Really nice run that brought back memories of long Saturday morning runs 20 years ago. Feeling tired from yesterday.

Mtn Bike 1:06:00 [3] 27.2 km (2:26 / km)

Road to Crathes then took the railway to work for the first time this year. Pretty cold to start with but ok once warmed up. Bit of an effort up Springfield Road at the end but overall very satisfying.

Mtn Bike 1:11:00 [3] 27.3 km (2:36 / km)

The same in reverse except for staying on the railway all the way back as far as Cowies. Cold and wet.

Orienteering race 1:04:31 [4] 8.1 km (7:58 / km) +200m 7:05 / km
shoes: VJ Twister (2)

Hard work on the dunes!
Caught TN at 5 and then he kept running away from me and I'd periodically catch him up again. Biggest miss was at 7, must have run past it. Didn't really miss too much after that so reasonably pleased. Just felt shattered at the end. Gave the ankle a good hammering on the sand.
