Banchory pool being refurbished so Aboyne it was..with K.
50 x 25m (26 x front crawl, 24 x breast stroke).
Long time since the last swim and felt it somewhat. Certainly felt better after though.

Pretty steady. Missed at 5 by maybe a min, too high. A few other very small ones, overshot 13, another minute went. Clean enough apart from that. Went over on the ankles a few times and they've stiffened up nicely now, but not much new. Enjoyed it, but could never have run near 61 (Dixie).

A sick K went up Meall a Chathaidh across the railway. Good run for d.
