Orienteering 50:00 [4]

Ran w18 jhi course in reverse after the jhi competition. Felt some strength for first time since early Slovenia.

What a place..I'd forgotten how good it is. Such a fast runnable carpet with technical challenge a plenty. Scotland tying with england, (a first) after day 1. Real surprise but a few people ran out of their skins and generally a great all round set of individual performances. Scotland won the girls and England the boys by the same margin.

Great weekend organisation from a small group.

Swimming in the sea after..for them not me...(whilst I enjoyed the terrain.)
