Varied run with K in Sluie from Craiglash quarry. Up the main track then a shortish fartlek session in the undulations of the south eastern part. Great area for that if you can avoid the worst of the bracken at this time of year. Jogged back up the main track but too busy chatting, took the wrong branch and finished up down by the farm with a gentle wander back up the road to the quarry as K had tight calves. Got rained on.

Nice day again. Biked hard up to the dam at the south end of Aklungen, left the bike there and wandered up to Lynn Hytta with the camera.

Easy run with rucsac back to the bike via the west side of Aklungen. Very muddy.
