Running 10:00 [3]

Warm up for KM sprint at Veritasskogen whilst spectating at EUOCs attempt on Oslo & Akershus sprint champs. They lost.

Orienteering race (KM sprint champs) 18:06 [4] 2.4 km (7:32 / km)
shoes: VJ Twister

Real mix of company campus and contoured low visibility woodland. Missed 1 and 10 by 30s each. 2m 20s down in about 7th. Not very great..severely distracted by rogue photographers down by the fjord side :-).

Running 25:00 [3]

Easy run up to Bantjern and back.

Nice to be doing some O in a runnable forest! First time I've competed here and well impressed.

Dropped very low at 1, also at 4 after taking the path route. Biggest miss was at 5 (1 mins) and generally pretty clean through the technical stuff. Lost a bit at 12, couldn't see it for bracken. Saw EH coming away from 14 and caught him about 4 mins at at 17.

Generally pleased with the way things went. Seemed to cope pretty well with length and terrain.
