Event: Tiomila 2008

Note

Try and watch some of Tio-Mila on the web this weekend - maybe catch D on it. Erland Slokvik is running in Nydalens first team for the 27th time this weekend. Beat that record!

PS: Actually he somehow ended up in the second team so that record has ended I guess.

Mtn Bike 25:00 [3]

New tyres. Down to Riks Hospitalet and then up west side of the beck and round Sognsvann anti-clockwise pretty hard.

Running 24:00 [3]
shoes: Asics Gel Trail Sensor

Round Bantjern. Calf test..inconclusive.

Mtn Bike 50:00 [3]
(injured)

Dipped out on Oslo City Cup 3 because of calf and headed for Ullevaalseter on bike instead. Hit it hard on a nice night. Unfortunately got a flat on the way back and like a prat didn't have a pump or levers even though I did have a spare tube, so had an embarrassing walk pushing the bike for 45 minutes. Wouldn't have been so bad if I could have run with it but with a bad calf and wearing spds that probably wasn't a great plan.
