Red long at Shell Ridge! Awesome, awesome fun! I had a blast out there even if my legs were quite complainy after yesterday. It was really fun hanging out with everyone afterward, too!

Red middle at Black Diamond Mines! Wow was that tough! The first two controls were quite painful navigationally and then it just got physically tough. Wow...I hurt now. Awesome to see everyone, though :-).

Running 40:19 [3] 3.6 mi (11:12 / mi)
shoes: Brooks Running 10

Easy-peasy shake out run with Brendan and Presto from lab! Awesome to get a chance to run with Brendan again :-).

Stretching 7:00 [3]

Stretching and nerve glides. I have absolutely no idea when I remembered to do nerve glides and when I didn't over the past week...

Stretching 1:00 [3]

Morning nerve glides. Not sure how much I'll be doing training-wise besides nerve glides this week...maybe I can sneak out for training on Tuesday? I have to give group meeting on Thursday, and I have to have get my fellowship application into some semblance of completeness this week. I'll call it tapering for team trials? Can't wait to see everyone!!! :-)

Stretching 1:00 [3]

Morning nerve glides.

Orienteering 48:36 [3] *** 5.5 km (8:50 / km) +100m 8:06 / km
30c shoes: Mizuno Ascend 3

Long orange at Point Pinole with Presto! I felt more like taking a nap than going orienteering when I got to the park, but I managed to convince myself to go out on the long course anyway. I'm super glad I did because even though I'm still feeling sick I had a ton of fun once I got out there. I had a couple of misses on the vague controls in the super long grass in the woods, but things went ok other than that. I even managed to keep up with Mikell for the second half of the course, which was a nice confidence booster, and of course, the most important thing - I beat my dad :-).

Stretching 6:00 [3]

Normal stretching and evening nerve glides before heading off to my concert!

Flute 2:00 [3]

OWO concert! This includes a really good warmup and the concert. Awesome concert! I think we played our best and the repertoire was, of course, amazing :-).
