Downhill Skiing 2:00:00 [3]
(injured)

SGB and I decided to go out to Loon Mountain for one last skiing opportunity. Spring was definitely already here, though because it was about 60 on the slopes! We spent a little while remembering how to ski and then moved on to blue slopes for most of the rest of the day. We even did some moguls! It was a little surreal to ski through large puddles at the tops and bottoms of the slopes and see people out skiing in shorts and t-shirts, but it was an awesome day!

Elliptical 30:00 [3] 3.53 mi (8:30 / mi)
(injured)

My ankle was still a bit sore from the weekend and I've been informed that I most likely have shin splints in that shin (probably from running strangely), so I went to the gym to elliptical instead of CSU training, and then met up with everyone for Border Cafe!

Stretching 10:00 [3]
(injured)

Things had been a bit painful all day, so I stretched a bunch.

Running (Trail) 31:36 [3] 3.5 mi (9:02 / mi)
(injured) shoes: Cascadia Orienteering

My ankle was kind of sore in a tired muscle sort of way from yesterday, and the thought of re-spraining it is horrible, so I decided to just go for an easy trail run with Presto at Rocky Woods instead of orienteering, which allowed me to have almost all my concentration be on how I was putting my feet down. It was an absolutely gorgeous day to be outside. Presto and I found this really nice, grassy, springy trail over on the far west side of the map that felt SOO nice to run on and just generally had a great time. We also saw a greyhound wearing a backpack :-).
