Woke up at 5 am for rski intervals. Yeah, that's hardcore.
Warmup/cooldown.

Rollerskiing 24:00 [3]

2x12min at L3. Nice long cruiser intervals. Not feeling that bad considering this was my first real rollerski workout of the year.

Run back and forth from gym.
