Note

Travel day back to Denmark, stopped on the way to Manchester Airport to do the csc for aire. This weekend has been very tough so need to be careful the next few days. Body is not happy

Some small misses in the circle but in general easy o. Kept on pushing but legs and body didn't have much today

Overall body felt not brilliant, and very high hr, for an easy feeling, but the equivalent of 3 days off meant my legs carried me rather quickly. Still sleep to be caught up on

Disaster travel continues. Had an uncomfortable nights sleep in a chair in St pancarus Station before packing and driving a moving van from Leeds to Glasgow for part one of moving back up north.
Not really a rest day and didn't fancy training

Fun session where you moved out 1 lane each time round added 7m extra but trying to keep the same time.
Averaging about 71s and feeling pretty good, it must have been the very Scottish weather of lashing wind and rain - felt right at home
