No one turned up tonight, which was a bit of a surprise because Tuesdays are usually heaving.
So went and ran 6 times round a loop of an industrial estate by myself and even quiet enjoyed it.

5x1.3km loop with two nice climbs in it off roughly 60s? Forgot to take my watch to Glasgow so just run to feel. Had planned to do 6 but made it to the top of the first hill on the 6th then legs promptly stopped working so called it there
