Orienteering 1:08:00 [4] 10.9 km (6:14 / km) +200m 5:43 / km

SOL 6, ran very clean and won, very happy but don't feel very well

Was a bit rubbish technically on the slope legs and lost 5 mins but other than that it was ok

Hill reps 8x1min with jog down rest. I was feeling ok for the first 4 then started to feel it after all the lunges at weights tommorow. So i was a bit rubbish for the last 4.

Run to medows. Then drills for ten mins then run to gym. Then run home.

Runners ciurcirts. was a tough session in parts ande waqs good fun.

Run 25:30 [5] 6.0 km (4:15 / km)

Intervals on the medows. 6x1km with 90s rest.
Times: 3.00, 3.00, 3.01, 3.02, 3.03, 3.04min
Felt ok but not great.

Run 45:00 [2]

Run to the medows then very long warm up led by James Jarvis. Then run home.

Core work for 30mins
Then leg weights for 15mins
Then upper body weights for 15mins
Weights Hurt

Easy run with coombs up and round braids
