I needed this, not physically but I slept for an hour when I got home and still didn't have the motivation to go out on the TT bike.

After the first slight incline on the course, my legs said no. A nice day to walk back.

Legs were tired especially on the kick but I got through it.

Started ok coming back but the last 20 miles were a bit of a struggle.
