I really wasn't fit enough for this but had to take the opportunity to get out on a 1:15000 map before the JK.
It was going technically ok until #12 where it all started to fall apart but I was physically buggered from #5.
Oh well, at least I got a long run in.

Around the Box Hill fell race loop except for the first and last hills.
I tried to take it easy on the down hills so I didn't batter the legs.

200 bs
100 breast
100 kick with fins.
6 x 25 fast alternating Breast and fs off 5 secs. 50 hard
Same again with fins but kick and fs.
Pyramid. 25, 50, 75, 100, 150 and 200 off 5 secs.
100 wd.
Tough session as I over cooked the first part of the pyramid.

Tough run around Sandhurst as my legs were complaining to the 1st control from yesterdays ride but I ground it out.

400 kick in 100 and 50's.
4 sets of 4 x 100 with intervals getting longer for each set. 10, 20, 30 and 40.
100 wd
Tough session and I was trying my hardest to hang on the back of the good swimmers.

I struggled up the last one with a lack of energy so I need to start fuelling on the rides.
