Not the best prep this week but a very enjoyable run and everything just fitted with the map.
I had a few 20 second wobbles but otherwise a lot cleaner than others.
The 2 downhill legs to the last control gave me a little energy for the run in. I wasn't going to go for it but an LOC runner tried to pass which set me off. Achilles hurting now but will be ok.
