Nice to get back into the Hills. They were steeper than I remembered but shorter too.

I didn't time anything and just got on with it.

Spinning session with Ty and it was a good workout.

Made a few too many little errors but it was a well planned course that kept you thinking.

Danish Middle Champs.
Really nice area with sections of low vis middle green that was marked with many rides. This is where I dropped time near the start but then ran with a Pan Aarhus orienteer to the finish.
7th in M40.

Not too bad and feeling the water ok.

Ride from Gedser to Frederikssund with a nice tail wind.
Felt good the whole way and mentally easy.
