Orienteering 40:00 [1] 4.7 km (8:31 / km)
shoes: Asics Culumus 14

I jogged very slowly every couple of minutes and maybe ran for about 10 minutes in total. Very weak around the ankle as expected but no pain when running so a good start.
A little stiff now but that's usual after cycling.

ahr:163 max:182

Back home via Sloan Sq and Kings road trying to stay on the back wheel of young Mr Albon. I was on the rivet for the 2nd half.

Bike 1:34:05 [2] 22.01 mi (4:16 / mi) +664m 3:54 / mi

From the B&B to the relays. Head wind and a net hill climb made for slower progress but I was taking it easier today.

Bike long 4:24:08 [3] 71.12 mi (3:43 / mi) +1696m 3:27 / mi
ahr:151 max:188

21/100
Winters Gibbet 5/10, 3.68km with 153m climb.
From the B&B to Elsdon for this one. Not very hard hence the 5/10 rating.
I went onto Otterburn and then Kielder Water. Had a break and then the same route back. I felt good for all the hills right to the end so happy with this.
