Sutton Park.
A good course on a varied area.
Not a very good run, too many small misses and a bit hesitant in places.
The main time losses were #14. 1min, ran right past it.
#16. 30 sec. On the north side of the thicket.
#22. 1 1/2 min. Way too hesitant.
#28. 30sec. Went up the wrong track.
On the plus side, I won the Golden Shoe for the fastest run in. It's the competition that was made for me really and the trophy(when I eventually recieve it) will take pride of place in my toilet.

Although my heart rate was high this felt very easy.
Through the park, sheppard and flock, NDW and along the river.

Run from the club up and around Tesco's.
Felt really easy and only a few pains in the lower calf.
Finished the last couple of miles at 6 min pace feeling good, so happy about that.

(injured)

Left calf has still not healed yet. Didn't feel great on warm up and I couldn't finish the first rep. Went for a jog afterwards and hopefully a massage tomorrow will sort it.
