MDC #6. Garmin says 7 degrees. Garmin also says 7.72 km (and Dillo's says the same). Anywhoo. I think this is a small PB.

ETA: not a PB; 24 seconds short. Best time since 2015. Shouldn't have walked that 30 seconds on the 2nd lap!

Joined in. I've stopped the night sessions until it warms up again - I don't get anything out of them, and I spend most of the session feeling cold and sore. So I need to make sure that I plan the Tuesday boxkicks so I can join in or put myself in the rotation. Lovely cool sunny morning.
