Woke up to a load of snow and, by the time I'd dragged myself out, some lovely sun. Opposite way around the moors and gizzy woods. Started easy with Hannah and once we'd split it took me ages to get going properly - in fact I'd say I never really found any flow. Legs pretty heavy, a few knee twinges but not too bad. Inside L groin new weakness. Still, rather have these issues now, still be able to train well whilst sorting them out, than have them in 6-8 weeks time when there'll be races to play at.

Alcohol intake crept up over the last couple of weekends which won't help with feelings of freshness.
