Glute activation and quad bashing
Been doing a good 30+ minutes of rolling, stretching and exercises a day for last 4 days.
Not sleeping great again, has been worse though.

Running - Trail 47:54 [1] 7.8 km (6:09 / km) +185m 5:29 / km
shoes: Xtalon 212 #7 (IHMR'15)

Pre-Foo Fighters Superfortress wreck and Wain Stones with Hannah.

Glute/hip OK on flat/up, but really shortening my stride on the downhill, so much so that Hannah kept up!
