slept:5.5 (rest day)
Busy all day and legs need a bit of a rest - slight soreness at top of Hammy yesterday but eased today.
Need to get myself in order when it comes to:
Snacking/drinking.
Faffing about online.
Sleep Procrastination.
All 3, the last 2 especially, are the main reason I feel more tired than I should.
The first will have to wait until post-Jura, but little excuse after that.
