Running - Trail long 4:10:55 [2] 36.13 km (6:57 / km) +1166m 5:59 / km
slept:8.5 shoes: Mudclaw 300 'Classic' green

Large loop of the Derwent Ressers, (although I barely saw them). Alport Castles and trig, fairly easy running for the first 8 miles. Then pick a point and go direct to Grinnah stones, Horse Stone and outer edge, on to Howden edge, down to Berristers Tor and up to Lost Lad and Back Tor, 10 miles pretty much all in terrain. Last 4 miles a shuffle back along the ridge.

Body fairly uncooperative after yesterday, but that's the whole point. ~4.5kg pack (decreasing in weight to ~3kg as I ate and drank).
