Same course as yesterday, felt a bit better. Maybe back to 75% or so. I think I may give up the minimal shoe experiment.

20 degrees cooler than last time, and I felt great, so I thought I would improve. Instead, 1 second slower.

Pressing my luck, I suppose. With 10 meters to go, felt the left hamstring give. Probably cost me a whole second. I've never had even a touch of hamstring pain in my entire life. Still hurting as I type this 3 hours later.
