From Ohope ran around the coastal track and beaches. A coulpe of stops to talk to Fi, Stu, Brent, Penny etc. Felt ok despite the beach and hills. Not great though.
Variety of intensity (2-4) and speeds (6-9.5), made me sweat! Took a bit of getting used to the bike being "still" but was still a lot of fun. Nice to be able to exercise saftely during the shorter days.
