Shooting the basketball at the local high school, Upper College Canada, with Katie. We played Horse; I got her to "HOR," but she ultimately won every match.

Stationary biking 45:00 intensity: (20:00 @1) + (25:00 @3) 22.9 km (1:58 / km)

Easy lunch time session on the stationary bike. Ten minutes at setting 4, 25 at setting 6, 10 at setting 4. I will need to develop more succinct notation for these sort of sessions. Setting 6 at 80-90 rpm feels like an easy tempo effort.
