Canoeing (Kayaking) 2:00:00 [2] 14.0 km (8:34 / km)

After I decided that I wasn't in any condition to compete in the Canoe Champs, I ambled down to CRCK and took a rudderless kayak out. Distance is a guess, because I forgot my Garmin. The skies were overcast, and the temperature about 23 C. I encountered a number of motorized boats and perhaps forty kayaks. My trip went from west of the Eliot Bridge to the basin between the Harvard and Longfellow bridges, where I turned around and returned.

I only log this because it was a long haul - I walked from my office to CRCK, then home via Harvard Square. Public transportation would have been less economical in terms of time. Leg felt ok.

I may switch to 30 minute sessions until I feel I have mastered that distance before advancing. Left knee felt weird.

100 crunches. My arms and chest are sore from Tuesday.

Intensity level 7, as last week. The right leg felt ok, though there was minor discomfort in my left knee.

- 3x20 supine chest presses, 20 lbs barbells
- 3x20 supine oblique barbell press each side, 20 lbs
- 3x20 barbell lying triceps extension, 20 lbs
- 3x24 crunches
- 3x24 bicep curls each side, 20 lbs
