Late night run, usual river loop. My goal was 5:30/km or slower pace; I kept a steady 4/4 breathing throughout.

Elliptical action at my gym. The bizarre mix of intensities reflects a wide mix of actions during the workout. I warmed up for 300 (intensity 1), followed the silly X-training workout for 1000 (3), decided I disliked being forced to abruptly change direction and switched the workout to manual for 1400 (2), sprinted at the end 300 (5), and cooled down for 200 (0).

A diverse set of strength exercises that workout a range of muscle groups, usually to only moderate focus.

Leg press, 6 sets of 15 at 155 lbs on interesting device
Hammer press, 3 sets of 8 at 120 lbs
Clean and Press, 25 reps each arm at 35 lbs
Curling, 24 reps each arm at 20 lbs
Barbell deadlifts, 20 reps at 110 lbs
Abdominal standing rotation device, 50 reps at setting '8.'
