Just a quick body exercise set at work today. I did 24 pushups, 48 crunches, 24 tricep planks, and 24 jump squats. I broke out a weak sweat.

Ross organized a CSU Street-O starting from Lori's apartment; she, Ross, and I were in attendance. The street O had 6.17 km (by my route choice) of street component, then 4.17 k on the Harvard campus. It was a well designed course, with several opportunities for route choice consideration.
I stayed with Ross for the first 3 of the 5 street-O controls, though I usually took somewhat different routes than he did at forking opportunities to present navigational challenges in the absence of following. I saw him again at Harvard, but he was a few controls ahead of me; I think he was taking it a bit easy today. It was very motivating to have someone often within visual range.
I've been in a bit of a training funk as a consequence of my cold and my lack of enthusiasm for training in the cold, snow, and ice. Every time I run outside, I come back coughing, despite that I've recovered from my cold.
I will remedy this by doing most of my training in my gym; I'm revising my training plan to 2-3 outdoor sessions each week, with a goal of at least 5 hours of total training weekly.
