Hart House Squash with Katie! We were surprisingly constrained to our 40-minute time slot despite the absence of reservations around us earlier in the day. Still, we managed to get 5 games in - the first three accidentally using the blue ball instead of the yellow ball. Games (Ian - Katie):

After we were kicked off the squash court, we both used the rest of the facilities. I erged a 5k at a modest stroke rate of 25-26.

I then hopped on the treadmill, mostly to remind the running muscles that they exist rather than to get a meaningful workout.
