Note

Since September, I have been singing in a choir, the Hart House chorus. This is the first organized choir I have been a part of since orchestra camp in high school, so it's been a novel experience. An excerpt from our recent concert this fall, from the piece Utrecht te deum by Handel:

Some solo rallying.

Erg 5:25 [5] 1.5 km (3:37 / km)

Hopped on the erg for a quick, hard bout. I was going to do 2k, but LPod finished her elliptical and was ready for core, so I cut it short.

Strength training 30:00 [3]

3 sets of Tuckups, pushups, lunges, plank, kayakers, oblique crunches. Wrapped up with 15 box jumps and 5 pullups.

Erg 11:35 [1] 3.0 km (3:52 / km)

Hart House squad gym trip. I planned to rally solo in squash, but all the courts were taken, so I hopped on the erg. Sub 2:00/500m splits.

Biking 15:00 [1] 8.0 km (32.0 kph)

Squash courts were still taken, so I hopped on the stationary bikes with everyone.

Strength training 20:00 [3]

Core circuit. Tuckups, pushups, lunges, plank, kayakers, oblique crunches. I finished with 2x5 pullups for good measure.
