A mix of weight exercises including squats, curling, dead lifts, leg curls, and a wide assortment of core exercises focusing on abs and obliques. No aerobic activity today due to an oversight.
I found a delightful machine on which from a standing position, the hips and above are held stationary. You then rotate at the hip and lift your leg to a horizontal position. The difficulty is controlled by the location of the pivot - you can move it along your thigh; if the pivot is closer to your knee, it is much easier.
I'm fairly tall and relatively bulky, so in most abdominal exercises like crunches, my moment is high. My abs are not particularly strong, and I struggle to do more than 32 crunches at a time. I really enjoyed using this standing ab machine.
