Running warm up/down 15:00 [2]

after the WOC-relay SB convinced me to do a short interval session. So we run into a nearby forrest, which turned out to be an up/downhill-cross-swamp-street interval

Running intervals 20:00 [3]

2x10x30". first up and down on a narrow track. then across a huge open swamp, then onto a street. I could get ahead on the street, otherwise chanceless

Orienteering 1:20:00 [3]

Again in Granasen-vest. chasing-start 3' behind my main aim. caught up some runners early, still made a rather stupid 2' mistake and then on the last long leg, shortly before the finish made a terrible routechoice-executing mistake. lost a lot of time and places there. jogged the rest til the finish

Orienteering 50:00 [3]

Middle-distance in the green Granasen-vest. two early mistakes got me off to a bad start. I just couldn't handle the green vegetation with the reduced sight. Then made a 180-mistake and lost all my motivation for the rest of the stage. funnily when I decided to take things slower I actually got faster due to a rather more or less error-free run til the finish. especially the tricky 8th control I hit perfectly straight, maybe a bit lucky.

Orienteering 17:24 [3]

Sprint around the fortress. Had a bad start of the day when forgetting all the O-kid at the tent. Then borrowed an emit card, but have a thingy for the control-descreption. that was bad, since in the open part there were a lot of controls and I had to check the codes regulary with unfolding the map. so was always a bit behind. most serious mistakes came late, when I lost 30" when not going the right path, also earlier I didn't read properly into 2 controls. But my time of 17.24 was way slower then the winning time and I could only better my time by about 1.25. mh, someone was pretty strong...
