for each mile we had to start at 2:00 on the first lap and get faster each one and the last lap full out BUT everyone on my team is crap at ever pacing and always goes too fast, then I get yelled at for not sticking with the pack even though I'm following the damn rules and running the pace. So then on the second one I was like alright fine I'll try to stick with them, and they freakin run 1:45 for the first lap instead of 2:00 and I'm already pushing it to keep up so it's even harder to make each lap faster. The third one I just felt like death the whole time and was definitely not going my fastest on the last lap. And I just think it's stupid that people always run too fast in the beginning and screw up the pace because it's not fair that I have to push it so much harder when we were supposed to be going at a slower pace.....
