At this point, the light rainfall had accumulated to a torrential downpour, and with the 20 mph winds added to that down the straightaway of the track it was pretty cold. This was supposed to be a 2x1600 workout with specific 800 splits but since I haven't been feeling good, 8:10, and 8:30 was all I could do :/
