road race, just jogged a lot because I didn't feel like running and I didn't want to be tired for tomorrow

It was very tiring to run 12 and a half laps on the track and having every single person lap you at least once, almost 3 times. I'm guessing my stomach started hurting because of having a late breakfast, but I just wanted to quit after the first mile, I couldn't run anymore. And then to add onto that, the last couple laps it was getting hard to breath because of the heat. When I finished I collapsed on the ground and almost fell asleep.

not exact time but in the 24 min, i dont know what it was

we did obstacle relays with carrying medicine balls, shot puts, doing railroad tracks across the field, rock, tree, bridge across the field (our team won most of them), and stadium stairs.

we did 2 relays of 100-200-300-400. the first one i did the 400 and it was the fastest i have ever sprinted in my life (we got second) and the second one i did the 300 but i was tired(we still got first)
i do not know what the times were though, this is an approximation

The seniors thought that for some reason no one wanted to get wet in the rain, when really we all wanted to run in the rain, because those are the best practices, so they made us do stair repeats inside the school. I would have much rather done a 40 minute run in the pouring rain.

I started fast but then realized I was getting nowhere and decided to save my energy for the 2 mile.

this I started fast and felt good so I kept telling myself to catch the girl in front of me, then the next one, and the next and when my first mile was 6:55 I was pushing to make it under 14 min.
