we did stadium stairs twice then tried to do some hurdles, then we ran 200 and made 4 teams and did a relay obstacle course with bear crawling, crab walking, wheel barrow, and piggyback rides, but when it was my turn to piggyback my partner she jumped on my back and I collapsed to the ground (i am not that strong). we then did 2 laps w/ stadium stairs and then core workout.
