Felt good the first mile(6:40), but I pushed it a little too much and after being sick for 2 weeks, my body wasn't ready to run fast for 2 miles. The second mile, all of my muscles felt drained of any energy. At least I'm getting sort of better, but still coughing a lot. We beat the other 3 teams though! One of which is coached by my old cross country coach and the distance people want to show him what we got.

At this point, the light rainfall had accumulated to a torrential downpour, and with the 20 mph winds added to that down the straightaway of the track it was pretty cold. This was supposed to be a 2x1600 workout with specific 800 splits but since I haven't been feeling good, 8:10, and 8:30 was all I could do :/

Yeah..... Had a pretty bad headache since after dinner the night before, plus I was feeling kinda sick so I was moving pretty slow. Only made one mistake on the second to last control where I went right past it and was looking too far until I went back, could've saved 5 minutes.

Time-O! It was really fun and it made me run pretty fast at some points. On on of them I was sprinting up a hill and missed it by 10 seconds, then on my way to a control I started walking because I was early but then I figured I would try and get another one before that and jut got it with 5 seconds left. At the very end I was trying really hard to get one more but halfway to it I thought I wouldn't make it to the finish in time but once I finished I realized I could've made it.
