Was moving a bit slower today because it hurt. Mostly a clean race except for #5 where it took me a little extra time to find the control. Other than that it was a nice course.

Had a nice clean race, knee hurt a bit the whole time so I wasn't going too fast. The terrain was quite rocky in some areas but I didn't find it too tricky.

This was actually a good race! I started out walking more than I would have liked because I was nervous about my knee, but just about halfway I was able to run almost the entire time and I felt great. Almost like a runners high and had a clean race.

Conclusion: my knee hates pavement.

Middle- I made a 18 minute mistake on #1 :'( but other than that I was able to run a little bit. I had to walk a bit on the downhills because that bothered me more. Portugal is really nice.

I ran out of the start triangle... maybe ran another 200 meters during the race. My knee started hurting very quickly and after 6 controls I couldn't really walk. I had to quit

Hiked up the Bastille with a friend, there was a lot of stairs going up. Then went down a very rough trail leading to a different part of town. The downhill wasn't so great for my knee but it could have been worse.

This was really frustrating because I could only run for one minute at a time so I could have done this like 20 minutes faster. It was a sprint map and the first half had most of the map blotted out so it was just by compass.

So I ran for like 1 minute from the tram to the house and my knee started hurting. Really want to run though and idk what to do

Went to the university's club orienteering meeting and we looked at maps and picked attackpoints and which is the shorter route etc on different maps.

Knee still hurts a little when I walk, but mostly goin for downhill or down stairs. Worked all day at a vineyard today and I jogged around for a minute and I could feel it.

Was planning on at least 40 minutes but almost immediately my left knee was in terrible pain. It dulled down for a little bit but I had to turn around at 12ish minutes and it hurt a lot on the way back.

Started off good, then half way had a big mistake and from there was physically tired especially on the hills.
The first two kms were like 7 something and 8 something, then I really slowed down

Yay I went for a run! Today was a beautiful day 55F and sunny. A perfect bike path along the river just a few blocks from the house, with miles of it. The sun was shining on the snow covered mountains, and I had a very enjoyable time.
