The usual weekly accumulation of morning exercises: stretching, strength and balance. Starting to work back up on the latter two.

Continue to recover from my cold. Still some junk in my lungs.

Run easily, staying with L. Nevertheless, legs were feeling tired by the end, so this was enough for today.

Splits are for two loops (0.4 mi) except the last one, which is for just the last loop:

As a cool down, jog along the back side of the loop then walk down to Mackenzie's and then up the trail behind our house.

Cold is much improved today. Still some coughing. Thought about another before breakfast run, but time was short and my legs a little stiff, so held off.

Hopefully, tomorrow I'll take myself off the sick list.

Cold is definitely better, though nowhere near good. Yesterday afternoon I took 2 benadryl tabs, and they knocked me out for an hour, but they stopped my runny nose, and my nose is still not runny this morning.

Gave it a little oomph towards the end.

Still quite sick, but legs really need to move. Easy run, but even so, a little tough on my sinuses.

70th birthday. Hmm.

Rachel, Jeff, David, Karen, George and Leslie came over for dinner. Went out for a short walk on the jeep trail loop.
